I hope you all are enjoying yourselves and enjoying the Olympics!
Day 4 was a great day for me with the 21 Day Fix on Thursday! But it was also a day full of errands and things to do so it was a day ON THE GO!
I was a little skeptical has to how I was going to be able to pull off my meals for the 21 Day Fix and still be able to be out of the house!
I do my workout first thing every morning so that I can't create any excuses for myself later in the day! Today's workout was Pilates Fix. I have never done Pilates before the fix but was presently surprised at how much of a workout it was! I truly felt a great burn but also a really good stretch as I was feeling really sore.
For my food for the day I had to pack a few things to take with me.
Breakfast went into the shakeology shaker cup that came with the Fix! It is a scoop of Chocolate Shakeology (1 red), a Banana (1 purple), Peanut Butter (Teaspoon) and Water! It is so convenient to be able to take the shaker cup with you and it fits right in the cup holder in the car!
Next I pack a snack:
It is Bananas (1 purple) and Peanut Butter (Teaspoon). I used the purple container, since I had already measured out the bananas in it and just put my little bit of peanut butter in with them. The lid fits on perfectly and it easy to throw into my purse for the day!
Next I had to pack up my lunch!
For lunch I had a salad! I put everything together into a little bit bigger tubberware bowl. I had Lettuce (1 green), Tomato (1 green), Mozzarella Cheese (1 blue), and Turkey Slices (1 red). I put my salad dressing into the little orange container. I then put the orange container inside of the big bowl with my salad and put the top on and took it like that. When I was ready to eat it, I just poured the salad dressing on top and shook the container to mix it all together!
I am very comfortable in saying that the 21 Day Fix is definitely traveler friendly, and I will have more about this around the 18th day of the 21 Day Fix as we are planning a trip to see my in-laws!
Look for it then!
